Belize Yoga Vacation Retreat: Daily yoga sessions

Awaken your mind, body and spirit in this sacred Mayan land through the gentle practice of Hatha yoga in stunning natural surroundings. Become one with nature and re-discover your connection to the intricate web of life.

You will start your day with a serenely invigorating yoga session, whilst you enjoy the sight of the early morning mist rising over the jungle and the Belize River and listening to the sounds of the parrots and howler monkeys waking up in the surrounding trees.

Yoga Retreat Instructor

We are happy to announce the arrival of our on-site yoga instructor Karen Turner at the Belize Jungle Dome. Karen is a certified Hatha yoga and pilates teacher from British Columbia, Canada. Karen will be leading our sunrise group yoga sessions and also be available for private tuition, whether that be yoga, pilates or fitness instruction.

Yoga Retreat Belize : Pricing

Book 3 or more classes in advance for $10 per hour (Group) or $45 per hour (private)

Private tuition is great for the beginner interested in starting yoga, Pilates or a general fitness routine or for the more experienced Yoga, Pilates or fitness student wanting to perfect their practice.

Also available: Guided hikes, jogs and bike rides.
